Under Foreign Affairs Policy 2630, the following rights are given to all JBJ Citizens and JBJ Citizen Plus citizens under Government Enforcement, Arrests, Seizures of property(s), Searches Conducted by a JBJ Law Enforcement Agency or Officer, Being Detained by a JBJ Law Enforcement Agency or Officer, a search or seizure by a JBJ Government Official representing either: (JBJ Global Operations, JBJ Citizen Overseer Office, JBJ Ethics Department, and a JBJ Nation Division Officer:
1. You have the right to speak freely and the right to remain silent.
2. You do not have to answer questions without a lawyer present
3. You have the right to deny searches of you or other person(s) if the Official has yet to find an offense that breaks JBJ or your current location’s policy(s)
4. You have the right to deny searches of your cellular device without probable cause (Computers, Personal Computers, Laptops, Gaming consoles, Keyboards, and Tablets are exempt from this right)
